To our clients: your trust, your support, and your continued partnership mean everything to me and our team. You’re not just part of WAA, you’re one of the main reasons it exists. Additionally, you are the reason I get to financially support my family, whether it be kids’ sports/activities/interests, annual vacations/experiences, food on the table, a wonderful home over our heads, or any of the other essentials a family should have to feel comfortable and secure.
I must not forget our wonderful staff. Running a service-based business comes with challenges. One of those challenges is hiring the best talent that will enhance the client experience, whether it’s Gwen or Alyssa greeting you when you arrive at our office or one of our accountants handling your tax/accounting matters. These things are often taken for granted. Well, not with me. It takes a lot of pieces that have to come together for a greater purpose, including trust and commitment from clients and professionalism, transparency, accuracy, and honesty from the entire WAA team.
